Terms & Condition
Completed work will be delivered by mutually convenient means to include:
CD format
Courier (at additional cost)
Email
First-class post
Additional costs, such as courier fees, mail-outs, airmail postage, document binding, photocopying, large printing requirements etc to be discussed at the beginning of the project. Such costs will be invoiced separately.
Written acceptance of Terms & Conditions is required before work will be undertaken.
A deposit is required from new clients upon acceptance of quotation.
Retainers are paid monthly in advance. Projects require a % deposit.
Responsibility for proof-reading and accuracy of documents remains with the client. Any errors or omissions found within a reasonable time-scale will be corrected free of charge.
